Who qualifies for the real estate special?
Licensed Florida real estate agents, teams and brokerages, whether or not you are a REALTOR®. One account covers one phone line and one website.
How long does the $349 price last?
As long as your account stays active. Sign up by December 31, 2026 to get it. Setup is $149 instead of $299.
Can Mara answer questions about my listings?
Yes, for the details you give us: address, price, beds and baths, showing windows. When a listing changes, tell us and we update her the same day.
Will she tell a seller what their home is worth?
No. She takes the address and their timeline and books a listing consultation with you. She never gives a value or a price you have not approved.
What about fair housing?
We set Mara up to answer about you, your services and your listings only. Questions about who lives in a neighborhood, which areas are “safe” or how schools compare go to you as a message, not to her.
My website is a brokerage template. Will the chat work?
Most agent websites let you add a chat script, including most IDX sites. Some brokerage-issued sites do not. We check yours in the demo, before you sign anything.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Forward your existing business line to Mara, or use the number we set up for your yard signs and ads. Forwarding stays under your control.
What if I go over 200 minutes?
The first month over is on us. If it happens again, we call you first and talk about the next plan. You never get a surprise per-minute bill.
Does my brokerage office need a kiosk?
No. Phone + Chat needs nothing installed. If your office wants Mara greeting walk-ins too, the kiosk plans start at $449 a month and your setup fee is credited toward the kiosk setup.
